Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use agataandco.com or ask us for an audit, what we do with it and how to reach us about it. Short version: we use your details to do the audit you asked for and to talk to you about it. We don’t sell them.
Who we are
Agata & Co. is the trade name used by Vinicius Agata, based in Brazil. Contact: hello@agataandco.com.
What we collect
- What you type in our forms: your name, business name, website or Google Maps link, city and state, email, and phone number if you choose to give one.
- Your consent record: whether you checked the consent box, and the date and time you sent the form.
- What you send us directly by email, text or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools.
How we use it
- To prepare the audit you asked for, using public information about your business.
- To reply to you, send the audit, and contact you about it and about our services.
- To keep a record of your consent.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, if we work together.
Calls and text messages
We call or text you only if you gave us a phone number and checked the consent box. Messages are about your audit and our services. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us by email. We don’t buy or rent phone lists.
Every marketing email we send identifies us, includes our postal address and gives you a way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We may still send messages about work you hired us for.
Who else sees it
We share your details only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: our form provider (Google), our email and messaging tools (Google Workspace and WhatsApp) and our website host (Vercel). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details may be stored and processed in the United States and in Brazil. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your form details 12 months after our last contact. If we do, we keep records for as long as the contract runs and as long as tax law requires afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop all contact. Email hello@agataandco.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, or in Brazil, where the LGPD applies, you have these rights under that law, and we honor the same requests for everyone.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
